The everyday middle ground — around 15–20% oil. Enough to last most of a working day, light enough to reach for without thinking. It is the most common format on shelves precisely because it balances longevity and ease. If you want one bottle that does most things, this is usually it.
Lighter again, 5–15% oil. It projects freshly at first and then fades within a few hours, which is exactly what you want in real heat — a bright, clean lift rather than a heavy trail. Ideal for daytime and hot Indian afternoons, as long as you do not mind topping up.
