We've tried to write these in plain language. If something isn't clear, write to us and we'll explain it.
Our products
Every fragrance is made in our Surat laboratory. Product descriptions reflect what we've observed in extensive testing, but fragrance performs differently on different skin. We cannot guarantee identical results for every wearer — that variability is, to our mind, part of what makes perfume interesting.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices. Any price change will apply to new orders only — not to orders already placed.
Pre-orders
Our inaugural collection is available for pre-order. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they're received. We will communicate clearly about expected dispatch dates and will refund you in full if we're unable to honour your order for any reason.
Shipping
We ship across India. International shipping is available on request — write to us before ordering. All bottles are packed carefully. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Fragrances are personal. We accept returns on unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or refund you in full. Bespoke commissions are non-returnable by nature.
Intellectual property
Our formulas, designs, and brand identity are ours. Please don't reproduce or replicate them without permission. If you'd like to collaborate or license, write to us — we're open to interesting conversations.
