We keep this short because there isn't much to say. We are not in the business of collecting data. We collect what we need to send your order and respond to your messages. That's it.
What we collect
When you place an order or send us a message, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number if you provide it. We do not collect anything else.
What we do with it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, respond to your enquiries, and — if you've opted in — occasionally tell you about something new from the house. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone outside of what's required to fulfil your order (shipping partners, payment processors).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax law. Everything else is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Write to privacy@theaureperfume.in and we'll sort it out, usually within 48 hours.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies — only what's needed for the site to function. We don't use advertising trackers. We don't share browsing data with third parties.
